Abstract

The growing emphasis on sustainable business practices has encouraged companies to integrate environmental aspects into organizational resource management to enhance long-term performance. This study aims to examine the effect of Green Human Capital, Green Structural Capital, and Green Relational Capital on company performance at PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 4 Field Pendopo. A quantitative approach with an associative research design was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 75 employees selected using cluster sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics, supported by validity, reliability, classical assumption, partial (t-test), simultaneous (F-test), and coefficient of determination analyses. The findings indicate that Green Human Capital does not have a significant effect on company performance, whereas Green Structural Capital and Green Relational Capital have positive and significant effects. Simultaneously, the three dimensions of Green Intellectual Capital significantly influence company performance, with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.672, indicating that 67.2% of the variation in company performance is explained by the proposed model. Green Structural Capital emerges as the most influential dimension, highlighting the strategic importance of organizational systems, environmental management practices, and sustainable operational infrastructure in improving organizational performance. These findings imply that companies should strengthen the implementation of Green Intellectual Capital through integrated organizational systems, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous development of environmental competencies to achieve sustainable competitive performance in the energy sector.
