Manajemen Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Non-Akademik Peserta Didik Di SMK Takhassus Al-Qur'an, Kalibeber, Mojotengah, Wonosobo

This extracurricular management is expected to help development of the potential, talents, interests, abilities, and independence of students optimally, as well as to improve students' non-academic achievements. This study aims to determine the management of extracurricular activities applied at SMK Takhassus Al-Qur'an to improve students' non-academic achievements. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research respondents involve the School Principal, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, extracurricular teachers, and students. The results show that the management of extracurricular activities at SMK TAQ covers several aspects, including; identification and grouping of extracurricular activities, preparation of activity, budgeting, choosing the supervisors, scheduling activities, establishing facilities, implementing and supervising of activities, and evaluating the activity. The management of extracurricular activities has been able to improve the non-academic achievements of students at SMK Takhassus Al-Qur'an, Kalibeber, Mojotengah, Wonosobo. In 2022, 5 students of SMK TAQ achieved 3 sports branch achievements, and in 2023 it is increased to 7 sports branch achievements, along with the increasing number of students achieving achievements.
