Human resources constitute a crucial factor in achieving corporate objectives. A psychologically safe work environment and opportunities for employees to voice their opinions are aspects linked to employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of psychological safety and employee voice on employee performance at PT Trengginas Abadi Mas. A quantitative approach utilizing the saturated sampling method was employed, meaning the entire population of 33 employees served as respondents. Data collection involved observation, questionnaires, and document analysis. Data analysis encompassed data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS. The results indicate that psychological safety has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.039 (< 0.05) and a calculated t-value of 2.156 (> 2.04227). Employee voice did not have a significant effect, showing a significance value of 0.195 (> 0.05) and a calculated t-value of 1.326 (< 2.04227). However, the two variables simultaneously exerted a significant influence, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a calculated F-value of 20.431 (> 3.32). The R-square value of 0.577 indicates that these two variables explain 57.7% of the variation in employee performance.
