Digital transformation is a key strategy for enhancing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, many culinary MSMEs still face limitations in digital literacy and low utilization of online marketplaces, QRIS, and Google Business Profiles, resulting in suboptimal integration of marketing, transactions, and business visibility. This community service program aims to strengthen the digital ecosystem of the "Food Colony" MSME cluster in Pamekasan Regency by integrating these three platforms through a Participatory Community Empowerment approach. The program was implemented in five stages: needs assessment, digital capacity building, platform integration, mentoring and monitoring, and evaluation. The data presented in this abstract serve as an illustrative simulation for manuscript preparation and must be adjusted to reflect actual data prior to publication. Program results indicate that the participants' average digital literacy score rose from 56 to 87, an increase of 55.4%. Marketplace adoption rates increased from 33.3% to 87.5%, QRIS usage rose from 45.8% to 95.8%, and active Google Business Profile ownership increased from 16.7% to 91.7%. Furthermore, partner satisfaction with the program reached 92%, demonstrating that the participatory mentoring approach effectively enhances digital capacity while fostering behavioral changes toward more consistent digital technology adoption. The program also produced the Integrated Digital Ecosystem Empowerment Model (IDEEM), a conceptual empowerment model asserting that successful MSME digital transformation depends not merely on the adoption of individual technologies, but on the integration of digital marketing, digital payments, and business visibility, supported by continuous mentoring. This model has the potential to be replicated in various MSME clusters—with adjustments for local characteristics—to accelerate digital transformation and strengthen the regional economy.
