Digital transformation requires students to develop practical digital literacy and entrepreneurial competencies to respond to the growing digital economy. However, technology utilization at SMA Negeri 5 Merangin needs further development to shift students from digital content consumers toward creative producers and aspiring entrepreneurs. This community engagement program aimed to enhance students’ digital entrepreneurship competencies through business plan development, podcastpreneurship, virtual assistant bookkeeping, content creation, and the utilization of Canva and e-commerce for promotion and marketing. The program employed a participatory approach comprising needs analysis, program socialization, training, hands-on practice, mentoring, digital marketing simulations, monitoring, and evaluation. The implementation results indicated that participants gained practical experience in designing digital promotional materials using Canva, developing product content, understanding basic digital bookkeeping, and integrating creativity with business planning and digital marketing. The promotional designs produced by participants also demonstrated potential for supporting product marketing and strengthening the school’s institutional identity. These findings suggest that practice-based learning and mentoring can serve as an initial strategy for developing a school-based digital entrepreneurship ecosystem. Program sustainability should be strengthened through curricular integration, the establishment of a school digital entrepreneurship community, and the continued development of student portfolios to support quality education and sustainable entrepreneurial learning.
